This fixed-dose antiretroviral combination is used in the treatment of HIV-1 infection. In accordance with WHO and NACO guidelines, the regimen combines nucleos(t)ide reverse transcriptase inhibitors with a boosted protease inhibitor to effectively suppress viral replication as part of combination antiretroviral therapy (ART).

Indication
